The ECJ has confirmed in its judgment of 7 March (Thursday last) that hazardous waste may be returned as secondary raw materials, and that REACH may play an important role in this respect. It agreed with all relevant suggestions made by Kokott AG, which I reported on earlier. Good news for sustainable materials management.
